I really need help at the moment
The house is being renovated at the moment and to be honest I've seen it tidier. In the meantime I have my assessment with BMED on the 29th of the month and I can't put my fingers on the sheet of paper that tells me what I need to take with me to the assessment day, to say I'm panicking is putting it very mildly.
I think I need to take passport size photographs (and passport obviously), however I'm sure I had to take some sort of statement/personal reference. If anyone has their assessment days coming up could you please let me know as soon as possible - I'm starting to lose weight with the worry (which probably isn't a bad thing if I'm honest)
