Being a pilot still in the GA scene, and looking at moving into the airlines in a few years. I am horrified at what has been written here!!
If I PAID my airfare to Hamilton, and then PAID my accomodation for a WEEK, then PAID for my own transfers to whatever hangar Eagle do these interviews in, then be told something like this. I think I would tell them where they could stick their cr@ppy @rsed B1900s and walk out and fly home. There is no way in hell I would want to fly for some organisation like this.
Any way.. Eagle would be a step down in pay for me, and I'd get to fly an aircraft with 4 or 5 more pax and another pilot. Why would I bother in the first place??
