Basically these twits fly the smallest, crappiest, piece of equipment with a blue/green tail and they somehow think they have to make up for it by being hard on people and making them think that it is some kind of Space shuttle, and they have to be general Yeager just to have a crack at it. Bullsh1t.
By the sounds of it they have a fairly high failure rate for type ratings and upgrades etc, Instead of them taking a look at their own organisation and thinking... Perhaps we have got it wrong... Maybe our training is not as good as it could be, maybe our standards are unrealistic...They think it cant be us...it must just be the pilots... we must make it harder!!! Our training is top notch were are legends flying the most sphositcated piece of space junk in the galaxy!!!
The comments that were made to those people were unproffesional, uncalled for and shows how immature, thick, and small minded the people were that were making them. I could understand if perhaps one or two of the people were not so flash, but all six?? Come on?
At larger more proffesional organisations a simple letter stating "Due to the high standards of applicants... blah blah etc etc" is all that is required to tell someone that they did not make the grade, not a public beratting.

Why is it that all these people that supposedly shouldn't have instrument ratings will probably get into Air NSN and pass the training with no probs, oh maybee it has something to do with proffesionalisim...
Anybody want to give a little hint of a few names, just to put away for later...
