BB you are correct too, whilst on a COP dashing off home will not be permitted.
however when you are in SIN you are not permitted to leave base during the ATDO/OFF.this is becasue the guys that left base during these allocated days could not report for rostered flight.
in your particular case you were permitted as you had annual leave rostered. hence it would not affect in any case.
REMEMBER TO LEAVE SIN YOU HAD TO OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM THE ROSTERING OFFICER OR A CP ON DUTY OR THE OFFICE SECRETARY.
