That cost is assuming you follow the syllabus to the letter. I would budget for a bit over that.
The instructors are part of the Royal Aero Club of WA team. There used to be a group of instructors dedicated to teaching WAAC, I am not sure if that is still the case. In times gone by you would only fly with a Grade 2 or 1 on the WAAC course so I assume that is still the case.
From memory I think you pay the $7000 up front then pay around $3500 a month. I haven't done the course, nor do I work there so my recollections of the prices could be off the mark.
