My advice being a current PRI student is similar to "tropicsmon" post...
Play the lottery, keep your fingers crossed, marry rich, and take 25g out of the money you've scrounged for the last 13 years to get a type rating on a 737 and fly for Ryanair.
(Last I heard they had direct entry to first officer with 200 hours. The old rumour mill has passed word down they pay 35,000eur and upwards in your first year, not including any applicable sector pay. Holy sweet Jesus, imagine that! I might even consider doing this at the grand old age of 22! (I'm going to open another bracket here by the way. And close it shortly. But not close the one before it which you'll notice I have not actually closed yet! Seems like some new fashion statement? Or is it a clever trick of trying to hint that there's an open ending here for us all...)
