For India any DEC (direct entry Capt) requires 500 hrs PIC in type for the aircraft the airline currently operates. If you have that then you will have no problem. if you dont then they might hire you but it is more complicated and you will probably wind up paying for your type and all your currency.
Have you tried Emirates, Ithihad etc. They have a DEC program. In the US try Virgin America (A320).
