Firstly, Opportunities are plenty at present - However, it may require a bit more leg work than has already been put in. Perhaps a visit to India for approx 1 month to speak with various airlines & chief pilots face to face to see whats on offer.

Amin - Quite right my friend. A 737/320/ATR TR will ensure you a healthy chip count when it comes to the gambling table, but its PIC time that will get you into the LHS in India. As it stands, approx 500hrs pic to be considered as DEC. Pls check your PM shotly after this msg.
Just take a read through other threads to hear the horror stories guys have gone through with agencies claiming to be specialists in India. The explosion in India has only been going for approx 2.5 yrs, & is not showing many signs of slowing down in the near future. OK, there has been talk of the amount of money airlines are losing in India - but get on board with the right carrier & things are looking up. Order books for a/c are full, & pilots are being cried out for.
