Honestly i would not even bother applying without having my senior aid certificate and RSA.
And in regards to the length of ur commitment to the company, the contract doesnt have an expire date, nor a minimum ammount of mths that u have to work for the company. Its up to u, if u made through the training, u can work for 1 mth or stick around for ever.......... ( like almost everybody else ), hoping that a miracle will happen!!!
