So all these boys and maybe girls thinking of coming to play in the sand for three years on a contract!! Will they be subjected to the EK assesment like everybody else ORRRRR just sign up and head over like a contract pilot and then those boys ORRRR girls after 3 years decide to stay do they then have to do the EK assesment.
