Full-time instructing at the lower levels is just a slow way of going broke. At my school there are absolutely no perks and the pay is minimum wage at best. I don't know a single FI who isn't working a second job to survive. Kiss enough a**se and you might just get to teach multi or IFR after a couple of years - £30.00 per hour plus a small retainer £25-30K gross in reality).
Unless you love teaching (as I do) and can live on fresh air (as I am learning to), forget it as a career.
