I can tell you Thomson averages-
Basic Starting- £10136
Allowances- £2.78 ph
Commision- depends on flights you do
Luton do not do long haul during the summer months (to the best of my knowledge) but the crew do get long haul in the winter either flying out of other bases or on ad hoc flights (eg cruise)
If you are doing 3 flights a week (and you will prob do 4 in the summer) you would be looking at clearing about £1100 in your pay check. Remember if you do any nightstops or long haul this will go up. As has been seen things can change quite alot and this may mean that Luton crew do loads of nightstops and the salary is much higher.
