Is it right that most of the SWU pilots had their vacation "unconfirmed", read cancelled, until things get better??? If true, how can you expect things to improve
? If the company I work for, would cancel my vacation on top of giving me an unstable roster, max duty time, minimum layover time and minimum off days, I WOULD LEAVE ASAP, wouldn't you???
