Hi,

If you want a base right away the best option is A340 AMS.I think they are still recruiting.The other option is through the SO path.You initially starts on 74 or 340.When you upgrade is 777 or 330.So it will take 5 yrs if you go through this option to take a base.The other option is to transfer to freighters 1 year after being SO.
This is valid now, but with the ER's coming and also a fleet renewal in the pipeline,things will look different in 5 yrs.
