I joined this company as a wide-eyed, innocent SO, happy to get my first job in an airline, thankful it was on jets, thankful to get a base near my home, I don't even mind the hours, just wish they were organised better (like long duties for late shifts rather than earlies).
Just under two years down the line, I was still getting f**ked over on SO pay, I still get NO benefits whatsoever, can't rely on the airline to back me up in the slightest as there's no union, facing what in reality would be a pay cut, while meanwhile management dictates crap from up on high and fosters a feeling of deep resentment in the workforce. THIS IS WHAT RYR IS ALL ABOUT.
