If you are not ready to move over to the left seat after 6000 h then you'll never be ready! Talk about being in the wrong business. I mean talk about slow learners...

I'd rather fly with a brand new cpt with 1500 h on the a/c than with one that finally after 6000 h is considered to be ready.
