I quite agree - although I do confess to some slight anticipation to the next load of tripe that he/she writes as fact about one airline or another. Does bring some sort of entertainment - particularly when aforementioned tripe/fact is as everyone else predicts - wrong, leading to more amusement with the backpedalling and reinvention of 'facts'.
