Hi JetCruizer, there is an MPL.
Much to the dislike of senior pilots and aspiring jet jocks who went through the usual licensing progression ( PPL, CPL, ATPL) as there are issues about airmanship and etc. It is already on the pipeline and is equivalent to a "frozen"ATPL license. At 200-250 hours, they occupy the RHS of an A320.
Although, due to pressure on wages, I don't think they will exclude anyone who went through the usual licensing progression and will hire in a wide cross-section of applicants for airline jobs.
Cheers
