Hi Bansai,

I have a friend here who is 23 years old but is not a college graduate.
Will Cebu Pac accept him for this scheme? and does CP have a financing scheme for someone who would want to take out a loan ? His mother has a good income but wants to be sure he can get a job before he borrows money.
