Not exactly. UPS has their inter-european fleet subbed out to an EU carrier, (the name of which escapes me at the moment) however, FedEx has a base in France, but I don't know if they fly inter-europe or not. I know when I was doing inter-european charters on the 8 years ago, we used the EuroTran call sign, flying sub-contract for EAT. On the other hand, we also used to do JFK-EMA-BRU-JFK, and CVG-BBR-BAH-BBR-JFK on a regular basis on our own route authority, prior to the segment becoming to large for an 8 to carry, then it went to Gemini, then DLH. (The BAH route segment went to Kalitta.)
