Although it would be an absolutly barking thing to try....
I can't say how the blade would react at 150kts, but I've started a helicopter in the 'relative' lee of a hangar, then lifted above the hangar into an 80 kt wind. Sporty, but it definatly was not as sporty as I was expecting it to be.... As I say, not sure about 150kt but 100-120 may just be possible. Just anticipate with cyclic and get everybody else to hold on!!!!
