I love the 'environment' sublink.
Sustainability and the community have been key priorities from the outset in the design of Jandakot City. Quality, efficiency and environmentally sound principles have been integrated into every part of the development process.
Combine that with the photos of smiling families, hand in hand, blissfully strolling down grassed hillsides and you have a very unoriginal piece of developers marketing sh!te.
One other thing I noticed when viewing this site...not one mention of Jandakot Airport, bit odd really when the 'development' sits smack-bang along side it.
