Yes both do the CPL and I/F training as does Ray Cronin (Kestral) ... the ATPL stuff is of course much the same but to a much higher standard.
You will find the realities if I/F vary. The training done in an unstabilised machine is very very different to actual Ops in a fully set up stabilised Autopilot equipped IFR machine.
As for getting work ????? .... well that all depnds on you and your capabilities .... as I don't know you I would be loath to suggest which way to go ... you WILL however need to get that first 1000 hrs in command before life will open up for you ...
