I followed your 'earthly' guidance via Google and found a download to upgrade (successfully). I now have WM2003 running fine. Only downer is that I cannot get my Senao CF wifi card to run in 2003.....................always something!
If anyone else is trying to run Skype on the 'slower' IPAQs you may be pleased to hear that the 2.2 beta version
will run.
