Thank you for flying Ryanair and also for pointing out the reality of the EU workforce situation. It has changed and will change over the next few years, the supply has been well forcast and predictions that were made a few years ago are now a reality. I would not say that Ryanair exploits it's workforce as it is their choice to join, stay or go as they please. Again if you want smiles and huggs when you turn up for work then maybe easyjet might be a better option for you!
Many crew in Ryanair are on a very good wage considering they only work up to about 25 hrs in a given week, I think 66k a year for a part time job is no that bad, do you?
