I was at the Ryanair meeting in STN. I could not understand why DOB was
wound up so much by the REPA stooges in the audience. I was surprised that the Irish REPA guy said that he had used pilots mobile nos! The deal is a lot better than we are on now and far fewer strings than last year. Not as tasty as EasyJet but it may be the best we can get right now.
The REPA thing will droan on but I will vote for this and whenever REPA get the unions in then I can enjoy whatever they win for us. I'll take my jam now please and also hopefully enjoy some REPA jam in the future. Call me a mercenary but I want the 5/4 and the pay for an LTC is significantly increased - GBP10k.
Curious that PB did not present the STN event. I wonder is he on the way out? Some prat from REPA even defaced the Radisson hotel with the REPA stickers across their hotel pottery! Must have been 100 pilots knocking around.
