Yes, I did hear what you said. I was refering to the fact that you did not like the 20 minute idle warning. However, I didn't realise that you have to pay for a local call in Oz, and can see your reasoning Here in the UK the call is paid for by AOL. I fully agree that to get a warning when you have been active is annoying, and certainly doesn't happen here.
I think that some of the connection problems with most of the 'unlimited use' ISPs in the UK is caused by people who leave their computers connected when not in use. Just because somethimg is free doesn't mean that we have to waste it. Hotels provide an unlimited supply of hot water. If we were to leave the shower running all day, the hotels costs, and therefore the rack rates would increase.
Getting back to your original question, I have been with AOL now for two months and am very happy with them. I have several other ISPs, and AOL is the fastest, and most reliable of them all.
