Airclues,

Did you read what I said?????

It used to be that you got this message every 20-30 minutes IF you were idle, and you had to respond or be disconnected. We do NOT have timed local calls in Australia so I can stay on line all day for no extra cost, but each time I log on costs a local call, so once I am on line on an unlimited plan it costs me NOTHING to stay on all day? As I said I could live with this idle timer, although I do not like it.....

NOW though you get this same message exactly EVERY 20-30 minutes that you are on line, EVEN IF you are using the computer on line CONSTANTLY, that is NOT idle at all?

At the very least they should now call it something else, it is NOT an idle timer any longer, it is also I believe a breach of contract, the idle timer is in the contract OR a total time of 4 hours continuous on line, but this having to respond EVERY 20-30 minutes when not idle is NOT.........

Best regards,

"lame"
