Just When I Thought AOL Could NOT Get Any Worse.......
Yes, just when I thought that AOL could NOT possibly get any worse??????
They have had this idle timer for a while now, IF you are idle for about 20 minutes you get a message and a chime, you must respond or they disconnect you, even on unlimited plan as I am, I could live with that even though I do not like it.
Now they have changed it, they still call it an idle timer, still says "you have been idle for some time, do you wish to stay on line?", but it comes about EVERY 20 minutes, even when you are actively on line, NOT idle..........
They say they cannot alter it so I told them I will get a new ISP.
Is it the same elsewhere in the World now with AOL??????
