You don't need a flame proof suit! I think we all agree that scheduling by the operators/clients is just plain stupid! I wasn't aware of a previous attempt at issuing slot times for helicopters: when was it tried out? As for the 'off blocks' times, I don't think you will have much disagreement from the pilots, if only the operator managements' could find a backbone from somewhere!
