This is going to be interesting for the WA market if they choose to base a couple there. I would imagine that would be highly likely given it's the largest mining charter market. So that will put Alliance and Skywest as firm competitors in both the jet and turboprop market while Skippers will also compete with their Dash 8-300s in the 50 seat category. Skippers have the established relationships with a number of existing mining companies, Alliance have bigger relationships and Skywest has a spare F50 around. Interesting to see what happens on that one!
