Hello guys, sorry been busy working in a dynamic environment.
So to answer your question as to why people do the things they do?
I guess one word sums it up.......BREEDING...........
Not to put anyone down here but at the end of the day the golden rule applies to most anything, people who put down other people belong to certain groups.
-individuals that harbor great amounts of insecurity, e.g. have huge chips on their seemingly broad four barred shoulders, specially when they belong to an elevated position in the administrative food chain.
-individuals who fail to percieve the a** end of receiving the short stick when it comes to dealing with people in the cockpit.
I guess it's appropriate to say that unless you have worked in a multi-cultural
environment, the world as you see it is quite small indeed....
