I don't work for KAL but can confirm that the following is all accurate:
Min of 9 consecutive days off pcm. 24 days leave pa which they are happy for you to take at 2 days pcm and turn into 11 consecutive days off pcm.
Salary and staff travel all happens exactly as advertised and you can base yourself anywhere on the KAL network.
Sim training done by expats and to a good standard. Line training is apparently a bit of a hurdle with the local trainers. Days off in ICN hotel in between trips can also be a bit of a drag.
Overall, its an average but steady and reliable option once you are on line. Be ready for a NASA style medical though. And less positioning than where we both work at present!
