Time Synchronization Software
A while back there was a brief discussion re utilities to synch the PC clock with inter/national timeservers.
http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~ntp/software/win9x.html has an exhaustive list of about 40 of theset with brief reviews and pointers.
The public domain synch software from the National Institute of Standards (nistime-32bit.exe) found at http://www.boulder.nist.gov/timefreq/service/its.htm sounds good and costs nothing [you can get it directly from ftp://time-b.nist.gov/pub/daytime/]
If I'd known I wouldn't have forked out for the software I use.
"Shut that door!"
