Furniture allowance

There is another "trick" GF uses to attract you to "GF accommodation". Dont think you will be paid exactly the same money if you decide to get it cash, they will give you less. There is something that is in nobody`s contract called furniture allowance; it is about BD45 and you only get if you choose GF accommodation, it means GF housing mafia created this extra allowance to make you go for their system. I was surprised when I learned that the company spends more money if you use their structure and staff than simply paying your allowance. Because furniture allowance is not in the contract you can not even complain you are not getting it. Maybe somebody from inside like JB could explain whats the advantage from GF`s point of view to give benefits if you go for the housing dep. scheme.
