First thing to do is to make sure that you are registered,i registered with my course when i went through Linton, when i went to use it they had no record of our registration. I checked with the others and they were in the same boat. There is an appeals process but i found it to be as much use as a chocolate fireguard in my personal case.
Bit sh*t really, esp' as i have left now and doing my ATPL the money could have come in very handy.
