With regards to Thai F/A's, what happens in an emergency being that their first language is Thai? I think its a big ask of the CSM, the only fluent english speaker to control the whole evacuation.
All cabin crew are trained to do their individual duties during an emergency evacuation, regardles of their first language. The CSM does not act as ringmaster in an emergency.
