Best of luck if you resign before the end of your Bondage but don't forget they have your Bank Guarantee money which you can kiss goodbye to. Now whether they would pursue you any further for Bondage money through the courts would depend on how much you still owed and whether they think they will get it!! That would depend on where you go to after SQ. Everything is based on Singapore Law also as decreed by LKY so the result is a foregone conclusion.
