Guys . You are wasting your time if you think you can persuade SQ that the mentioned S$7000 per month was anything but a guide.
We all thought when we joined years ago that the 6% Service increment was set in stone. We soon discovered it was not in the '97 financial crisis where despite still making $1 Billion profit SQ did not want to pay any service increment. We eventually got around 3% after years of haggling. Did not realise that they could also cut our pay whenever they felt like it which they did a few years later.
