Vueling, Ryanair (in spain) and Clickair, Spanair have absolutely no problem to find people !! The only problem they encounter is that they have too many applicants willing to work for them !!
If easyJet wants to lower terms and conditions in Spain, it is because competition is
HARD !!
So if your BALPA wants to create some troubles to easyJet Spain, it might result of no spanish base anymore
