What applications are you running when the crash ocurrs mriya...? The reference it quotes is a portion of your computers memory. These things are notoriously difficult to trace. In the title of the dialog box where the error appears, it may well give the application name, an .exe or a .dll where the problem has ocurred. If there's no apps running, try TSR's that are loaded up in your system tray (bottom right of the screen by the clock) such as and CD-RW, DVD dis detector or other programs.

Other than that, perhaps install Norton Utilities. I know other have had problems on this board with NU, but I've run it for years without a hitch.
