Just a quick note -
after front line tours my career path indicated that I had to do a supporting tour in an IPT. It's not that I was 'unable to be employed on the front line' at all. And when the appointer deems it appropriate I will go back to the front line to do some more.
Anyway, any more engineers want to bite?
