BTW, has anyone wondered whether the Spanish CAA will even
allow easy to operate with CAP371?
I would not be surprised if they would say: "Spanish AOC, EC registered aircraft, therefore Spanish rules all the way," at some point.
It would be interesting to see whether the īsuperiorī UK CAA with itīs īsuperior CAP371ī would allow a similar deal where airlines fly with a UK AOC, but with a (for example) Swiss duty regulation.
Is this just another nice promise and a way to lure people to MAD?
