Contact the CAA at
http://www.caa.co.uk/ you may exemptions on the modules for your basic Licence due to your degree. As for Licence exams contact Air service training with regards to exams and practical work. Companies taking you on ? maybe if you offered to work for nothing say at weekends whilst you did your modules to gain experience ?
