There are more than 4000 spanish pilots looking for a job !! so easyJet won't have any problem to find people, even with a spanish contract
But will BALPA be able to stop this Spanish contract from happening? Letīs wait and see.
(By the way, 4000 pilots sounds like a lot but how many are 200 hour cadets, how many are type rated on the Airbus, how many speak reasonable enough English, how many will pass the selection...?
