Also... unfortunatley the MECIR was a waste of time at this stage of your career, better to wait until you had between 600 and 1000 hours. This is to gel in all the VFR stuff first. No body - I repeat NO BODY in their right mind would hire a newbie to fly ME aircraft in IMC as their first Job - you gotta cut your teeth first son!
What a load of bollox! I know of plenty of NT operators that prefer the CIR over the instructors rating for newbies. Ever flown VFR during the smoke haze of a dry season?
