I think I encountered this ex- irish army pilot at Sloanes Sywell recently ,told us he hadnt flown rotor in 10 yrs .Was the helicopter EI-DJU ? I think a CHC SAR Capt was also here for training on same aircraft. Unfortunate way to start a new job ,Id say owner was pleased .
