So why do they even care if pilots resign and go to other airlines ? --- don't answer that, it's a rhetorical question.
A friend of mine said they gave him a hard time when he turned in his resignation.
On one hand they go ballistics if they loose pilots but on the other hand they hold off on pay. Looks like a one-way traffic to me.
