I went to dinner with an ISM (what they call the no.1) from CO a couple of days ago and he was saying that there is plenty of talk around IAH and EWR of new routes that CO are looking at in Europe and beyond, but unless they secure more flying equipment, any expansion will be extremely limited in the immediate future.
