I also paid for a book with my Amex, after many emails I asked Amex to reverse the charge which they did.
I let Heliport know about the problem and he very kindly send Shaun a PM on my behalf. I got a reply VERY quickly from both Shaun and Alan promising me the book so I re paid them - guess what - the book never arrived.
I sent a few more emails then got bored. Amex repaid me but I would rather have the book.........
